An international yoga Day was Celebrated at Ch. Matu Ram College of Education. Vill . Jainpur Jattan, Ladwa, Distt. Kurukshetra on 21 June 2017. All the Staff Members and Pupil Teacher Participated in this programme. The Programme was started by College Principal Dr. Dharmesh Srivastava with the Pronuncation of "Om". The yoga Instructor Mr. Pankaj Joshi Performed many Yogasana and told the advantages of Yoga in human life. He also performed kapal Bhati and Murchha Asana. He informed the Pupil Teacher that these Yoga should be done in the supervision of a good trainer.
